Return Policy

 

In case you are not satisfied with your order, you are free to return the item(s) and we will provide you a full refund. Just remember that we only accept back DVDs that are not played and still sealed in the original package. This measure is necessary in order to prevent movie piracy and copyright infringement.

 

From the moment we ship your order, we cannot cancel it any more. Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible if you want the order cancelled after we had processed and shipped it. The client must return the package after delivery.

  • Remember that no one can refuse the delivery and ask for a full refund for no reason. In case the client refuses the delivery, all shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses of the return in case you refuse to receive our package.

  • In case the disk is faulty or damaged, which is highly improbable, we will send another package with replacements.

 

There were situations when the order was lost by the courier, and if this happens, we will cover all costs, including the shipping fees. We will not send any refunds/exchanges until we receive your return.

  • If you want a refund, please return our items within 14 days of the sale date. Items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed package, except cases where this is prohibited by law.

  • Exceeding this period of time will lead to a 25% restocking fee (after 30 days), NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If the DVD/CD set is intact, there is no re-stocking charge.

 

Clients are responsible for all expenses involved by the return of our items (including shipping or insurance), unless otherwise specified. The insurance is needed for making sure the package returns to us in the best conditions; in case of loss or damages, you will be taken responsible.
