Payments

 

Payments are generally made through PayPal. We prefer this payment method because it’s easy, safe and convenient for both clients and sellers. All payments are displayed on your screen, and there are no extra charges. The price displayed for any of our items includes posting and full insurance. However, take note that in some countries, there may be extra custom taxes or local fees that we don’t cover.


 All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours after we confirm your payment. You can begin tracking your order within 3 business days after we send your tracking number. You can keep track of your shipping status online at:

If you have any problems in making the payment, or the payment was declined, make sure you re-check the following issues:

 

  • All fields from the order form are filled;
  • Insert the correct card number, expiration date and security code (meaning the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card);
  • The email address is complete and correct;
  • Add the billing address;
  • The phone number must contain the area/city code, with no spaces or dashes between numbers. The country code will be assigned automatically.
  • In case your credit card is associated with Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code please attach the corresponding PIN code. Otherwise we cannot complete the transaction.
  • Don’t use any proxy servers and enable cookies. Payments can be blocked if the card was already processed and you attempt once again to perform a duplicate transaction.  

 

Another payment problem that can occur is related to incomplete payments. If you have placed your order and made the payment through your PayPal account but you can’t see the order on our website, there are two reasons:

 

  1. You haven’t clicked ‘Return to merchant’ after making the payment. In this case, our server may have lost your purchase record.
  2. Problems with your internet connection after making payments through PayPal may cause a blockage on PayPal in sending your order details to our website.

 

For correcting the situation, access your PayPal account and view your payment history. If the payment was successful, you will see it there and it means we are already taking care of your order. Hopefully, your PayPal address is the same with your delivery address. Contact us urgently in case you have a different shipping address, or you may not receive your order.
